dr oz is on and hes talking about how if when you have yogurt, if you dont eat the yogurt on the lid then you save like 25calories!!!! 11 like wow really tho? if youre going to have the yogurt just HAVE IT. Dont throw away whats on the lid just to save 25 stupid calorie. Im starting to hate this show more by the day.
