I don’t like my cousin on my dad’s side of the family at all but I think it’s pretty messed up that they’re hiding the fact that her [our] grandmother has breast cancer because she’s away at college and “doesn’t need more stress”. Um. What a logic. And if something happens, and god forbid, she dies or something really awful happens in relation to the cancer? You don’t think its worse then for her to know that “oh she had cancer..but we didn’t want to tell you”. I think that’s worse. Ugh.
